Our promise
Your first pages are free. After that, cancel any time before you approve the book for print and we refund you in full. If it arrives damaged or gets lost on the way, we reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. A person reads every book before it prints, and a person answers every email.

Questions, answered straight
Whose voice is the book written in?
Yours, as a letter to them. "Do you remember the day we met, little buddy?" Not the pet speaking. Every line can be changed before it prints.
Will the paintings actually look like my dog or cat?
That is the whole job. Their colours and markings come from your photos and stay the same on every page: the white sock, the floppy ear, the patch over one eye. You see three finished pages and the cover before you pay, so you judge the likeness first. Dogs and cats first.
My pet has crossed the rainbow bridge. Is this book right for that?
In Remembrance is made for exactly this. Their whole life, from the day they came into yours to the last good day you shared. You decide how the harder parts are told, or left out. You read every page before it prints.
I have two pets. Can they share a book?
Each book is about one animal, so the pages stay theirs. The other pets appear in the story and pictures where they belong. Two best friends means two books.
What photos do you need?
Four we need: their face, their whole body from the side and from the front, and them doing their thing. Up to six more if you like, from puppy or kitten days to now, with you in a few of them. Phone snaps will do.
What does it cost, and when can I order?

What if I change my mind?
Before you approve the book for print, a full refund, no questions asked. After that it prints just for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damaged or lost, we reprint it free or refund you, your choice.
